Convertible Top Weatherstrip: Removal and Replacement

AR77.30-P-3355KA Remove/Install Soft Top Seal on Soft Top Compartment Cover

Removing
1

Release soft top at front

NOTE:  Set up soft top frame at front

Pull seal (1) on main pillar (2) on left and right out of roof frame channel

Set up soft top bow (3)

NOTE:  Fold front soft top frame to front

Pull seal (1) out of clamping channel on soft top bow (3)

CAUTION:  Seal can tear

Installing

Coat seal with rubber assembly fluid

Hook seal (1) in clamping channel on left and right main pillar (2) at top

Press seal (1) in clamping channel on left and right main pillar (2)

Fold up soft top bow (3)

NOTE:  Fold front soft top frame to front

Press seal (1) into clamping channel of soft top bow (3)

NOTE:  Align sealing lip (arrow) of seal along edge of soft top bow
