Repair Materials

1. Install, fit and fasten cross member reinforcement below rear seat, inner and outer B-pillar with side portal frame, welding device and clamping

pliers.

Use spacer plate.

Distance between cross member below rear seat and outer B pillar reinforcement tube min. 2 mm (arrows).

2. Drill rivet holes with 6.5 mm dia. (areas C and D).
3. Remove inner and outer B-pillar, side portal frame and welding device.
4. Remove cross member reinforcement below rear seat and debur rivet holes on both sides.
5. Install cross member reinforcement below rear seat, fasten with clamping pliers and pop-up rivets with locking thread.
6. Cross member reinforcement below rear seat Continuous weld (areas A Band B).
7. Rivet cross member reinforcement below rear seat with 6.4 x 14 mm dia. Polygrip flat head rivets (areas C and D).
