Seat Belt Not Retracting Completely

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicle of the seat belt not retracting completely, perform the following procedure to secure the seat
belt guide. The seat belt guide may have become detached from the inertia reel.

Inspection:

Carefully pull the seat belt extender (Figure 1, 1) out and unclip the cover frame (Figure 1, 2).
