Injury hazard from roll bar extending

-

Before working in the area of the roll bar pull rear head restraints out by hand.

Partially open soft top

NOTE:  Leave soft top compartment cover open and soft top bow set up.

Cover vehicle in rear area

NOTE:  To prevent scratching the paint during assembly work.

Unhook partition (1).

Pull out bolt (2)

Undo connector (5)

Unscrew nut (3) and remove bracket (4) with variable soft top tub limit switch (S84/9)

Nut for sun shade mount =  8 ± 0.8 Nm

Unscrew bolt (6) and remove variable soft top tub limit switch (S84/9) from bracket (4).

Install in reverse order
