Allow primer to air dry for 10 min. to avoid negative effects to the adhesive action of the glue.

^

The crank window in the driver door must be opened during the curing time to prevent the windshield from being pressed out by the air when the
doors are closed.

^

Install windshield on body flange within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

^

Drive-away time for 2-component repair kit is 1 h.

^

Drive-away time for 1-component repair kit is 2 h.

^

The gluing area on the body flange must be absolutely free of dust and grease to prevent a decrease in the gluing force when installing window.

1. Remove old rubber window spacers (1).
2. Install new rubber window spacers (1).

Observe location of rubber window spacers (1).
Do not remove protective foil from rubber window spacers (1).
