Use tie wraps included in kit to secure park lamp harness.

For vehicles produced after 10/97, replace only the park lamp socket.

1.

Remove park lamp bulb from socket in kit.

2.

Remove harness from park lamp socket in kit. Use a suitable tool and press in each tab (figure 2, arrow) to release bulb contact and wire from
socket. Discard removed wires.

3.

Repeat step 2 for park lamp socket removed from headlamp housing. Discard housing.

4.

Install contacts removed in step 3 into new park lamp socket from kit.

5.

Install new H6WL bulb into socket.

6.

Install park lamp socket into headlamp housing.

7.

Plug intermediate wiring harness included in kit into main harness and head lamp harness.

Reinstall right and left head lamps covers. Reinstall washer bottle and air filter box. Check headlamp functions.
