The right-hand button group for the multifunction steering wheel (S111) contains the button for accepting and terminating a telephone call (S111s3), and
the + and - buttons, which are used to set specific functions and for the volume control (S111s1). A telephone call can be accepted or terminated with the
accept/ terminate phone call button (S111s3).
The volume for the system currently active can be adjusted with the button + and -, setting of specific functions and volume control (S111s1). In
addition, for example, in the "Settings" system, the OFF delay time of the interior light can be extended (+) or shortened (-) .
Transfer of signals
The signals are read in via the local interconnect network (LIN) bus by the steering column module (N80) and placed on the Controller Area Network
bus class B (interior) (CAN-B).
