6. Route shopmade hotel lock wiring harness (4) along vehicle wiring harness on trunk lid (5) on left side of trunk and fasten with cable strap.

7. Route hotel lock wiring harness (4) along vehicle wiring harness in trunk on left to rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2)

and fasten with cable strap.

8. Connect brown line (br) from hotel closing wiring harness (4) to ground (left wheelhouse in luggage compartment) (W6).

9. Disconnect black, 28-pin connector (6) from socket "21" in rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2).

Socket "21" is marked (see arrow).
