Remove evaporator housing
2.1 Disconnect evaporator housing

On vehicles without code (581b) comfort automatic air conditioning
2.2 Remove right center nozzle air flap actuator motor

On vehicles with code (581b) convenience automatic air conditioning
3.1 Unscrew bolts (1) and detach the center outlet flap actuator motor (M2/22)

On vehicles without code (581b) comfort automatic air conditioning
3.2 Unscrew bolts (1) and detach the actuator motor for left center nozzle air flap (M2/12)

On vehicles with code (581b) convenience automatic air conditioning

Disconnect electric connector (2)
5
Expose positive lead and ground lead of the heater booster at the evaporator housing
