Turn front part of tensioning device (1) anti-clockwise (arrow) against force of spring.

Insert pin (2) (tool to be shop-made) through holes lying one above the other in the front part of the tensioning device (1) and housing (3) in order
to lock tensioner pulley (4) in this position.
