Climate Control Exhaust Gas Sensor: Service and Repair

AR83.40-P-6730T Remove/Install Multifunction Sensor

- with CODE (581b) Convenience automatic air conditioning

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Open engine hood

Disconnect electrical connector (1) on the C-AAC [K-KLA] multifunction sensor (B31)

Unscrew screws (2)

Remove C-AAC multifunction sensor (B31) from the water collector

NOTE:  Installation:  The sensor faces (3) must point toward the water collector. Ensure that the electrical line is correctly routed.

Install in the reverse order.
