Installation:  Pay attention to color coding of fuse holder (11).

Unscrew nuts (12)

Unscrew nut (13) and remove front prefuse box (F32)
-

Nut, terminal 30 in prefuse box:  7 N.m

Install in the reverse order.

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Mark installation position of individual supply lines (red) (1)

NOTE:  Number of supply lines (red) (1) varies depending on equipment configuration

Detach supply lines (red) (1) at the rear prefuse box (F33) and put the supply lines (red) (1) to one side    

NOTE
-

Nuts remain attached to supply lines (red)(1).

-

Installation: Observe installation marking.

-

Nut, cable connection to rear prefuse box M6: 7 N.m.

Unclip fuse holder (2) at the rear prefuse box (F33)

NOTE
-

Number of fuse holders (2) varies depending on equipment configuration.

-

Installation: Pay attention to color coding of fuse holders (2).

Detach positive lead (black) (3) and put to one side

-

Nut, cable connection to rear prefuse box M8: 21 N.m.

Disconnect electrical connector (4) at the rear prefuse box (F33)

NOTE
-

Number of electrical connectors (4) according to equipment.

-

Installation: Pay attention to color coding of electrical connectors (4).

Unclip rear prefuse box (F33) from latching hook (5) and remove

NOTE:  Push latching hook (5) to side.

Install in the reverse order.
