Remove brake disk (61) at front axle.

Remove front wheel hub (9)

Remove brake caliper dust shield (62).

Press tie rod joint (10a) out of steering knuckle (5)

Press radius rod (18) out of steering knuckle (5).

NOTE:  Do not detach torque strut (18) from the front axle carrier.

Press spring link (17) out of steering knuckle (5)

NOTE:  Do not detach spring link (17) from the front axle carrier.

Press follower joint (8a) out of steering knuckle (5).

Remove steering knuckle (5).

Inspecting

Check supporting joint (7)
-

Check boot for damage and supporting joint (7) for wear, replace if necessary.

Press supporting joint out of steering knuckle and mount.

Install in the reverse order

Adjust wheel bearing play

Activate SBC brake system using STAR DIAGNOSIS.

Use STAR DIAGNOSIS to move brake pads toward brake disks

17

Carry out chassis alignment check.
