AR82.15-P-6100TA Remove/Install Telescoping Nozzle For Headlamp Cleaning System

- with CODE (600) Headlamp cleaning system
- with CODE (489) AIRmatic (semi-active air suspension)

Illustrated On Left Telescopic Nozzle

Remove left headlamp unit
-

When removing left telescopic nozzle

Fold open telescopic nozzle flap (2)
-

When removing right telescopic nozzle

Unscrew screw (3).
-

When removing right telescopic nozzle

4.1 Remove bottom engine compartment paneling at the front
4.2 Remove bottom part of noise encapsulation at the front

Place telescopic nozzle (1) to the rear in the engine compartment
-

When removing right telescopic nozzle

NOTE:  Until the retaining clip (4) is accessible.

Press retaining clip (4) and detach hose (5) from the telescopic nozzle (1)

Take out telescopic nozzle (1)

Install in the reverse order

Check headlamp cleaning system for proper function
