6. Remove protective sleeve (36d) by pressing the locking pins in the steering lock part (37).

The lock cylinder must be in position "1".
7. Withdraw fixing bolts (37m) from the steering lock part (37) after unscrewing the nuts up through the opening in the box type profile
CAUTION: With the steering lock installed and engaged: The fixing bolts can only be withdrawn from the jacket tube by damaging the steering
lock beyond repair.
8. Withdraw steering lock part (37) from the jacket tube.

The shift shaft (37f) in the steering lock part must not be twisted out of position "1" otherwise the steering lock engages.
CAUTION: With the steering lock installed and engaged: The fixing bolts can only be withdrawn from the jacket tube by damaging the steering
lock beyond repair.
9. Remove ignition/starter switch (S2/1) from the protective sleeve (36d).
INSTALLATION
Install in reverse order.
NOTE: The parking lock valve (37h) for the parking lock interlock is clipped on the ignition/starter switch.
