MB information, function
The aim of the information call service is to offer the user a quick and convenient way to contact the Mercedes-Benz Customers Assistance Center
(CAC).
The information call is triggered manually by the driver. By pressing the MB-Info button (S93/6s1) in the center armrest next to the telephone handset
(A34) a connection is automatically established to the CAC by the telecommunications control unit (N112) via the cell phone network (D-net). This pure
voice connection can be used to request all the available information related to the vehicle at no charge.

MB information call
The "MB Info" service allows the customer to get in contact with a Daimler Information Center. This information service can provide users with updated
information (such as on current traffic conditions and possible detours) or Daimler-specific additional information. This service is primarily an oral
information service that is provided via the communications module in the emergency call system control unit (N123/4). The user activates this service
by pressing the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6).
