5. Mark installation position of windshield (1) by gluing on suitable strips of tape (arrow) in area of front edge of roof and cut through strips of tape
(arrows) at top edge of apex seal.
6. Carefully lift windshield (1) from body flange with aid of helper.

Special Tools
1. Cut off pilot stud (2) on application nozzle (1).
2. Cut application nozzle (1) down to marking (arrow).
The dimension from the front edge of the application nozzle (1) up to the marking (arrow) should be approx. 16 cm, so that the application height
of the glue is at least 16 mm.
3. Screw application nozzle (1) onto cartridge and place cartridge in cartridge gun.
