Component Identification
Installation: When inserting the rear spring (44) ensure that the metal plate (7) and rubber ring (8) seat correctly.

Insert upper clamping plate (01) and lower clamping plate (02) in the rear spring (44).
Insert clamping plates (01, 02) so that as many spring coils as possible are pre-compressed.

Insert tensioning device (03) from below through the spring control arm (6) into the clamping plates (01, 02) and engage in the recesses (4) of the
upper clamping plate (01).

Tension rear spring (44).
Do not use any impact wrench/driver, otherwise the tensioning device (03) will be damaged.

Mark position of the clamping plates (01, 02) relative to the rear spring (44) using oil chalk.

Release the rear spring (44).
When replacing: Transfer the markings to the new rear spring (44).
