Drill out rivets (1, Figure 1) of retaining plate (3, Figure 1) for left side airbag (2, Figure 1), see WIS Document AR91.60-P-0690A "Removing
and installing side airbag in front door".

6.

Remove left side airbag from driver's door frame and then disconnect side airbag wiring harness connector at the left side airbag squib (R12/9,
Figure 1).

7.

Once removed, place left side airbag into shipping container of the replacement left side airbag.

Note: 

Please follow the instructions as per the "Hazardous Material Shipping Guidance Form" and return each removed left/right side airbag in its shipping
container only.

Drill out rivets (1, Figure 1) of retaining plate (3, Figure 1) for right side airbag (2, Figure 1), see WIS Document AR91.80-P-0690A "Removing
and installing side airbag in front door".

9.

Remove the right side airbag from the passenger's door frame and disconnect side airbag wiring harness at the right side airbag squib (R12/10,
Figure 1).

10.

Once removed, place right side airbag into shipping container of the replacement right side airbag.
