Differential Mount: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove rear axle center (differential) assembly (50). See: Service and Repair/Procedures 
2. Replace rubber mounts of rear axle center assembly suspension as follows:

NOTE:  Replace self-locking hexagon bolts and nuts

NOTE:  Images depict arrangement on left side.

1. Pull both rubber mounts (62) forward and out of rear axle carrier using parts 15 and 16 of extractor/puller 210 589 02 43 00 (015, 016).

2. Pull both rubber mounts (62) into rear axle carrier using parts 07 and 15 of extractor/puller tool No. 210 589 02 43 00 until the puller disk (07)

rests against the rear axle carrier (arrow) (07, 015).

3. Install in reverse sequence.

NOTE:  Check installed position of center assembly in rear axle carrier. See: Service and Repair/Procedures
