Remove paneling on both C-pillars

NOTE:  Do not remove belt end fitting

Remove spreading rivets (2)

Unscrew nuts (4) and bolts (5)

NOTE:  Accessible through the luggage compartment

Lift rear shelf paneling (1) and unclip the rear loudspeaker cover (6)

Disconnect bass module speaker connector 1 (H14/17x1) and connector 2, bass module speaker (H4/17x2) at the bass module speaker (H4/17)

Disconnect electrical connectors (9) at the left rear speaker (H4/7) and right rear speaker (H4/8)

Detach retaining clips (10) and remove wiring harness (11) from speaker housing (8)

Twist speaker housing (8) counterclockwise until it is unlocked

Lift rear shelf paneling (1), together with the speaker housing (8) pull to the front and remove the speaker housing (8) with the speakers    

NOTE:  Pay attention to the insulating mat under the rear shelf paneling (1) and the electrical connectors (3).

Install in the reverse order
