17. Tighten both self-locking combination nuts M10 (15) with spring washer at the outer left and right of the rear end center assembly with the
specified torque.
18. Tighten both self-locking combination nuts M10 (15) with spring washer on inner left and right of rear center section respectively with the
specified torque.

Trailer Hitch Mechanical System
1. Pull out cable (1) as far as the end stop and insert in the cutout (arrow) of the trailer connection unit control panel (A63/1).
2. Guide control cable (1) into bush (10) from behind.
The cable (1) must seat in the bushing as far as the end stop (10).
3. Connect 3-pin connector from release switch wiring harness (2) on rear of trailer connection unit operating unit (A63/1).
