Complaint:

Dull, underlying thumping noise from area of rear axle.

Noise occurs when driving on certain road bumps (rough roads, patchy asphalt,...).

Cause:

Unfavorable tolerances of rear axle shock absorbers, code 483

Remedy:

No remedy is available currently.

Do not replace any parts and inform the customer that there will be a solution in the foreseeable future (end of the year).
