AR82.62-P-7845T Remove/Install Loudspeaker In Front Door

Remove door foil from front door

NOTE:  Work loose door foil only until the right front door speaker (H4/30) or left front door speaker (H4/31) is exposed.

Disconnect electrical connector (1).

Rotate and remove right front door speaker (H4/30) or left front door speaker (H4/31)

Install in the reverse order

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Using longitudinal wedge, unclip the speaker cover (1) out of the paneling (2)

See "Special Tools" given below.

Disconnect electrical connector from the left front speaker (H4/9) or right front speaker (H4/10) and detach the speaker cover (1) with the left
front speaker (H4/9) or right front speaker (H4/10)

Detach toothed lock washer (3) and remove front left speaker (H4/9) or front right speaker (H4/10) from the speaker cover (1)    

NOTE:  Installation: Replace damaged toothed lock washers (3)

Install in the reverse order
