AR54.21-P-1258TA Remove/Install Sam With Fuse and Relay Box, Rear

Shown On Vehicle With Code (890), Automatic Rear-end Door

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and stage basic data from rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) in STAR DIAGNOSIS    

NOTE
-

Only when installing new rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2)

Installation: Transfer staged basic data to new rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2)

Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Remove left side inner paneling of load compartment (1)

Remove left side paneling in rear

Remove hazard warning triangle

Unscrew bolt (6), remove equipment carrier (7) and place to one side

Remove wiring harness (8) from bracket (9) and place to one side

NOTE:  Installation, replace tie straps

Unscrew nuts (10) and bolt (11)

Unscrew nuts (12) and place hydraulic pump housing (13) to one side

Unplug electrical connectors from rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and remove rear SAM control module with fuse
and relay module (N10/2) from load compartment

NOTE:  Number of electrical connectors depends on equipment configuration.

Install in the reverse order
