Model 463, Model Year 2002 and 2003 

Front or Rear Inner Door Handles Not Functioning

If you encounter instances on the above model vehicle where the inner door handle on the front or rear door is not functioning, the actuating linkage may
have been displaced from the door lock. The retaining locking clip for the linkage may not sufficiently hold on the end of the linkage during a high effort
pull. For these vehicles, an alternate style locking clip is available.

Procedure

1.

Remove door panel on effected door as per WIS documents: AR72.10-P-1000GN for the front door and AR72.12-P-1010GN for the rear door.

2.

Verify that the actuating linkage (cable) is no longer attached to the door lock.

3.

Remove original clip from linkage end or look for it inside the bottom of the door.

4.

Reassemble actuating linkage to door lock, using clip (part no. 100 994 01 60).

5.

Reinstall door panel in reverse.
