Noise from Rear Door
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of noise from the rear door (tailgate), the covers and fastening of the spare tire may have
worked loose and cause a noise. To resolve, perform the below steps.
1. Check fastening of spare tire holder on tailgate, tighten if necessary 70 Nm
2. Check the fastening of the spare tire on the holder, tighten if necessary 50 Nm.
3. Check seating of chrome ring of spare tire cover, tighten if necessary.
