Electronic Stability Program (ESP) Responds Too Early When Driving Through 

Curves at Speeds Between 18 and 38 MPH (30 and 60 km/h)

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of premature actuation of the ESP control module, replace the ESP control module.

The revised ESP control module incorporates software, which has improved the overall interaction between chassis components.

The revised ESP control module can only be installed using STAR Diagnosis software version 02/04 or higher.

Note: 

In order to complete the installation process, a "Road Test" must be performed via STAR Diagnosis. Enter into the following STAR Diagnosis
menus in order to initiate the "Road Test": Control Units -> Chassis -> Traction Systems ABS, ASR, ETS, ESP -> Control Unit Adaptations -> Road
Test. Ensure that the "Road Test" test sequence instruction are followed.
