spatula, stick or wedge (Figures 3 and 4).

3. Allow a minimum flash off time of 25 minutes and a maximum flash off time of 35 minutes so the special adhesive is sufficiently dry.

NOTE:  Check by touching the special adhesive, it must feel dry and not tacky.

4. Then join the two adhesive surfaces together under pressure without separating and repositioning the door seal. Use roller, Special Tool no. W168

589 05 63 00 to insure good bonding.

5. The door must not be closed for at least 20 minutes after completing step 4.

Condition 2: Door seal is loose a length greater than 20 cm (8 inches)

1. Install door seal; refer to WIS Document AR72.10-P-2120CW (Model 204), AR72.12-P-1015CW (Model 204 rear), AR72.10-P-2120GZ (Model

164), AR72.12-P-1015GZ (Model 164), AR72.10-P-2120RT (Model 251) and AR72.12-P-1015RT (Model 251). Press seal firmly in place using
the roller, Special Tool no. W168 589 05 63 00 to insure good bonding.

2. The door must not be closed for at least 20 minutes after completing step 1.
