Component Identification

Connect new oil pump chain (2) and old oil pump chain (1) with assembly link (3.1), outer plate (3.2) and assembly locking element (3.3).

Slowly rotate crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation (arrowed) until it is possible to connect the ends of the new oil pump chain (2).

Remove assembly locking element (3.3), assembly outer plate (3.2) and assembly connecting link (3.1). Place old oil pump chain (1) to the side.

Connect the ends of the new oil pump chain (2) with a new riveted link (4).
