Pin brown/white line (br/ws) of illuminated door sill moldings wiring harness (2) into contact cavity 1 of contact carrier (21).

Reinstall contact carrier (21) into black plug C (20) and connect to rear SAM control unit (N10/8).

Connect black, 2-pin connector housing (22) to black, 2-pin coupling (7) of illuminated door sill moldings wiring harness (2).

Reinstall load compartment fuse and relay box (F4) and use cable ties to strap down excess lengths of all wiring harnesses.

Route white, 2-pin coupling (3) of illuminated door sill molding wiring harness (2) behind load compartment fuse and relay box (F4) to white,
3-pin plug (14) of accessory wiring harness (13).

Connect a white, 3-pin plug (14) from the accessory wiring harness (13) with the white, 2-pin coupling (3) of the illuminated door sill molding
wiring harness (2).

Second white 3-pin plug (14) of accessory wiring harness (13) is not needed and is strapped down.

Continue routing illuminated door sill molding wiring harness (2) along existing lines in right rear legroom.

Use cable ties to secure Y-branch-off line of illuminated door sill molding wiring harness (2) in right rear footwell to vehicle's own wiring harness
as shown in figure.

Illuminated door sill molding wiring harness (2) divides at Y-branch-off line for left and right sides of vehicle. Route the longer side to the left.

Use cable ties to secure illuminated door sill molding wiring harness (2) as far as load compartment fuse and relay box (F4).
