Reason for block

Complaint:

After installation of the "Navigation 20" retrofit solution for navigation available from Mercedes-Benz Accessories (MBA), navigation instructions do
not appear in the instrument cluster (A1).

Cause:

Navigation menu not enabled in instrument cluster (A1) when the retrofit was performed.

Remedy:

Code "Navigation 20" in instrument cluster (A1) using DAS version 06/09 or higher.

In menu "Instrument cluster" > "Control unit adaptations > "Customer-specific settings" > "Universal Media Interface", set to "INSTALLED".

After the correct coding has been carried out, activate the navigation menus by: press (& hold for 3+ seconds) the CLEAR (C) button next to the central
controller.

This is part of the retrofit procedure and must not be billed through warranty or goodwill channels.
