Coolant Loss On Lower Radiator Hose

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of coolant loss on the lower radiator hose please replace the lower radiator hose and hose
clamps with the new respective part numbers indicated below.

Note: 

Do not replace the radiator. Install new lower radiator hose with the new hose clamps.

1.

Drain coolant. Reference WIS document no. AR20.00-P-1142HA.

2.

Remove lower radiator hose and dispose the removed lower radiator hose and clamps.

3.

Install new lower radiator hose and hose clamps. Torque hose clamps to 3 Nm.

4.

Pour in coolant. Reference WIS document no. AR20.00-P-1142HA.
