Headlamp Alignment Control Module: Service and Repair

Remove/Install Headlight Beam Adjustment Control Module

- with CODE (612b) Xenon headlamp unit

Remove/Install

Remove cover below instrument panel (left)

Disconnect connector from headlamp range adjustment control module (N71)

Unscrew headlamp range adjustment control module from mount of extended activity module (EAM)

NOTE:  2 nuts.

Remove headlamp range adjustment control module (N71)

Install in the reverse order

Adjust headlamp into zero position using STAR DIAGNOSIS

Inspect headlamp adjustment, correct if necessary.
