Attach new steering lock to jacket tube, observe installation position (arrows)

Drive roll pin (37s) centrally into the steering lock (37)

NOTE:  Clamp upper and lower part of steering lock together using pliers.

Press contact switch (37q) upwards and attach

NOTE:  The contact spring must be operated.

Unscrew bolt (32c) on steering shaft

Slide transponder (c) onto steering lock

22.1 Install shiftlock in steering lock

NOTE:  On models fitted with automatic transmission.

Connect connector for contact switch (a) for height adjustment lever

Install trim (88)

Install combination switch (S4)

Install contact spiral

Install steering wheel (120)

Install lock cylinder (36)

Fold height adjustment lever (93) upwards for locking
