Remove plastic wheelhousing liner

Remove shield
-

Only at left-hand exhaust manifold.

Unscrew bolts (11/1) at flange connection of front exhaust system/exhaust manifold
-

If bolts are stiff, or thread damaged:
-

Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold

-

Refer to Exhaust Manifold below

Unbolt front exhaust system at exhaust bracket at transmission

CAUTION:  Installation: Replace nuts.

Remove exhaust manifold

CAUTION:
Installation:
Replace nuts (156/1).
Replace gaskets (156/5).

Refer to Exhaust Manifold below

Install in the reverse order.
