3. Remove loose glue residues from body flange.
If glue residues are damaged or missing on the body flange, apply primer in area to be glued. Then allow primer to air-dry completely (min. 10
min.)
4. Repair paint damages on body flange not covered by glue with primer pin.
To avoid poor adhesion when installing window, adhesive surfaces of body flange of rear-end door must be free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt
residues and other anti-adhesive components.

DANGER: Risk of injury caused by slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and by glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows
Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.
Workshop Equipment
1. Secure rear-end door window against falling down using fabric tape in area A.
2. Clamp straight blade into multicutter.
3. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
4. Cut out rear window from inside in areas B to E. Guide blade as close as possible to vehicle body.
5. Remove rear-end door window using cup suction tool.
