Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair

Remove/Install Telescoping Nozzle For Headlamp Cleaning System

- with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system

Remove/Install

Remove the front bumper
-

with visual enhancement package, code U4S

-

As of VIN A289565, X754620.

Remove retaining clip (2) and water hose (1) from telescopic nozzle

Unscrew screws (3) from mount of telescopic nozzle

Remove cover (4) from telescopic nozzle

NOTE:
-

Risk of breakage!

Press telescopic nozzle upward to obtain access to the retaining lugs for the cover from above

Remove telescopic nozzle (5) together with mount

6.1 Remove mount from telescoping nozzle

NOTE:  Only when the telescopic nozzle is replaced.

Install in the reverse order
