The emergency call system control unit has a priority management feature to ensure that a number of services are not managed simultaneously in the
emergency call system control unit. This determines the time at which a service is activated and which service is "more important". The emergency call
system control unit releases the appropriate resources depending on the priority list, depending on which service is to be activated and activates the
service or refuses activation because a higher value service is presently active. Automatically completing an emergency call has the highest priority.
