Component Identification

The level change of the transfer case means that not only the articulation angle of the front axle gear relative to the front propeller shaft (K1) and the
articulation angle of the front propeller shaft to the transfer case (K2) change, but also the articulation angle of the transfer case to the front of the rear
propeller shaft (K3) and the articulation angle at the front of the rear propeller shaft to the rear of the rear propeller shaft change (K4). Therefore a
complete check measurement must always be carried out after an articulation angle correction.

1. Detach reinforcement brace on the left and right of the transmission bracket (3).
2. Prop up transfer case using transmission jack and transmission platform.
