Repair Materials
Wear cotton gloves. Ensure there are no fingerprints in area of bonding surface (A). To prevent adhesion problems when installing window, keep gluing
surface free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other anti-adhesive components.
1. Cut given glue bead on body flange (area B) down to a residual height of approx. 1 to 2 mm.
Do not leave more than 2 mm of the existing glue bead. Pull off loose parts of existing glue bead (remaining pieces which are not completely cut
off).
2. Remove fabric adhesive tape from the body that was installed beforehand as protection.
