Active Head Restraints Cannot be Reset

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the active head restraint not able to be reset by the process illustrated in the owner s
manual, this may be caused by the solenoid in the head restraint not allowing the head restraint to reset. To remedy, please follow the procedure below.

1. Remove the seat back lining of the affected seat and unplug the connector of the active head restraint (Figure 1). See table below for WIS
