AZ88.30-P-0003-01RT Paint Front Mud Guards

DANGER:  Risk of explosion caused by paint vapors igniting. Risk of poisoning caused by inhaling paint vapors.

No smoking. No open flames. Use respiratory protection, protective clothing, gloves, safety goggles and skin cream. Ensure that the area is well
ventilated.

Only use paint materials and paint systems approved by DC.

1. Tape cross-hatch pattern (A) on the contour edge of the front mud guard (2) as per the picture.

Ensure that no paint or paint mist gets onto the cross-hatch pattern (A) of the front mud guard (2).

2. Pre-treat front mud guard (2) as per DC painting guidelines and paint the outside of the front mud guard (2) in vehicle color.

The outside of the new front mud guard (2) is already primed in transparent paint.

3. Once the paint has cured remove the masking material from the front mud guard (2).
