Component Identification
1 Unscrew the protective cap (1) of the fuel distributor service valve.
2 Insert end of pressure hose (01) into a suitable container.
3 Screw the union nut of the angled piece (01 a) onto the service valve.
At this point, the service valve is opened and the fuel pressure in the fuel distributor is reduced. Fuel escapes from the end of the hose!

Unscrew the union nut of the angled piece (01a) from the service valve.

Screw protective cap (1) onto service valve for fuel distributor.
Ensure that the sealing ring of the protective cap (1) is replaced.
