Reason for block

COMPLAINT:

No cooling output/rear AC line leaky

CAUSE:

Unfavorable material coupling of rear AC line and spacers causes corrosion of the rear AC line.

Areas directly under the spacers of the rear AC line demonstrate irregularities.

REMEDY:

1. Detach and replace leaking rear AC line.

2. apply insulation tape (A006 989 77 85 10) under the preassembled plastic spacers of the new rear AC line before installing (see attachment)

3. Fit new belt rear AC line.

In future, optimized plastic spacers will be installed on the rear AC lines.

The exact series production breakpoint and replacement part availability dates are not yet known and will be published as soon as possible.
