Mark spare tire air valve (A, Figure 1) using a highly visible pen.

Note:

Ensure to have sufficient light when checking the valve.

Bend valve (A) to the right, as shown in Figure 2, and check for cracks and damage.

Note:

Damage can occur on both the inside and outside of the valve.

Damage on the inside of the valve is not visible, but can be determined as follows: If the valve can be easily bent, it is damaged.
