AR67.20-P-3550-01RT Cut Out Window With Cutting Knife

DANGER:  Risk of injury caused by slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and by glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

Workshop Equipment

1. Clamp blade straight into compressed air tool (component of cutting tool set).
2. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
3. Open rear-end door and rear-end door window and cut out rear-end door window from outside in areas A and D while guiding blade along

rear-end door window as close as possible.

4. Close rear-end door.
5. Open rear-end door window and cut out rear-end door window from outside in areas C and D while guiding blade along rear-end door window as

close as possible.

6. Remove rear-end door window using cup suction tool.
