aid of the built-in navigation module.

The crash data are received from the restraint systems control unit (N2/7) over a serial interface as well as redundantly over the Control Area Network
bus, class D (diagnosis).

The emergency call system control unit is capable of diagnosis over a diagnosis bus through the central gateway control unit (N93) with STAR
DIAGNOSIS.
