Cut the wires on the harness in the vehicle and cut the new harness to match the same length. (Figure 2)

Note:

The new repair harness does not have the same coloring on the wires! Follow the table shown to match the colors.

5.

Splice the repair harness wires into the factory harness (Figure 3) and re-tape over the splices when finished.

6.

Reconnect squib connector to Side Airbag.

7.

Reinstall the front seat's seat back.

8.

Using STAR Diagnosis, erase any stored fault codes.
