Power Door Lock Actuator: Service and Repair
Remove/Install Actuator in Front Door

Door trim panel

Remove. See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement

Pneumatic line (6)

Lever off.

Sliding sleeve (16)

Push back.

Shift rod (14)

Press out.

Bolt (12)

Unscrew and remove.

Actuator

Unhook.

Actuator

Check pneumatic function. See: Pneumatic System/Testing and Inspection

Actuator

Move to installation position.
Push sliding sleeve (16) fully back and pull out shift rod retainer (15) until it locks.

Actuator

Install in the reverse sequence.
